The historic Hofsá lodge
Historic, Comfortable Lodge
The Hofsá Lodge was built in the 1970s and Prince Charles was one of its earliest regular guests. It is a cosy, fully catered lodge containing seven double and two single bedrooms, all en suite. There are plans to build a new modern lodge on this river; but, in the meantime, the existing lodge offers a very comfortable and convivial ambience from which to explore this wonderful river. The Hofsá Lodge has 7 double en-suite bedrooms and 2 single rooms with shared bathroom facilities. The common area is modern and luxurious and our on-site chef provides gourmet meals to our guests.
