Heads of Restoration

Rian and Lorna both have deep roots in Tanzania, born and raised in Malawi.

With extensive backgrounds in conservation, ranging from rhino conservation projects across the Serengeti, they have worked closely with government to assist authorities with protection and monitoring at scale.

Rian recently worked for Frankfurt Zoological Society (FZS) for six years as the Serengeti Conservation Program Manager with Lorna (Technical Advisor) providing support in donor liaison and report writing, advise to rhino protection teams regarding equipment and monitoring. Rian and Lorna are the Heads of Restoration, part of the Six Rivers Africa team.
